#074: How to feed your mind – Anthony Ross

By Jordan Michaelides

Anthony Ross is the founder of Tribal Wellness, host of the podcast Feed My Mind and a unique individual with knowledge in evolutionary biology, health and wellness.

The advertising guru David Ogilvy popularised the term that you should always surround yourself with individuals far smarter than you are. Anthony has this constant, insatiable drive to learn and regurgitate for the rest of us – like an industrious mamma bird spitting out knowledge. It’s people like this you should always surround yourself with, because they’ll only bring the best out in you.

This is a more general conversation in which we were able to sit back and recalibrate on lessons learnt over the past year, including:

  • The podcast Feed My Mind
  • Where his curiosity comes from
  • The education system
  • Tim Wilson
  • Politics, Tommy Robinson, Free speech
  • Critical thinking
  • My SIBO treatment & the medical system
  • Optical illusions, light, Neil deGrasse Tyson
  • Scientific research, Ancel Keys, dairy
  • Health, longevity, diet
